Can someone tell me how I find the area where you sign up for PLBs? I
could search through messages on the board all day and not know how to
get into one.
Please advise.
I've been Lb'r for a year now, and want to check out PLBs.
Also what are the differences between letterboxing.org and
atlasquest.com? Any tips?

LbNA doesn't support postal boxes so AQ is your only choice there. As
for regular boxes, they do the same thing--just in a different way.
